FDXL90 Technical Rescue & EMS Boot
Details
NFPA research puts around nine in ten calls in the non-fire category — EMS, technical rescue, civilian assist, storm response — and structural boots are heavy, hot work for all of them. The FDXL90 is built specifically for that, and Fire-Dex rate it 30% lighter than most structural boots. It also targets the injury that actually sidelines people: roughly a third of fireground injuries are strains, sprains and muscular pain, and footwear is a large part of that.
- Dual certified to NFPA 1951 (Technical Rescue) and NFPA 1999 (EMS)
- Vibram® FIRE & ICE outsole — 30% lighter than most structural boots
- Armor AP™ upper with Comfort Twill for breathability a full leather boot can't match
- Flame Stop® leather where the wear is, exceeding NFPA puncture requirements by four times the minimum
- Lace-up with a side zipper for fast donning and a snug, adjustable fit
- Non-conductive composite toe cap, NFPA, CSA and ANSI compliant
- 3D sole design for traction and oil resistance
- GORE-approved for breathability and waterproof performance
