Since 2014, the FF1 Service Division has been a core part of our business, delivering on-site repairs, preventative maintenance, testing services, and support through our 7,500-square-foot service center at our Sparta headquarters.

Our goal is to be the industry’s leading service provider by delivering consistent, exceptional customer satisfaction, maintaining state-of-the-art equipment and vehicles, and building long-term relationships with the departments we serve. The FF1 Service Team is led by certified foremen and technicians who are highly skilled, efficient, and committed to accuracy. They are backed by an administrative team dedicated to exceeding expectations and providing outstanding customer service at every step.

We offer a wide range of apparatus and equipment services, including annual service contracts.
